基本のゲーム処理は端末内で完結します。ここでは、任意で利用できる広告、アプリ内課金、Game Center、サポートを含むデータの取扱いを具体的にご説明します。

基本方針
HSLトレーニング（以下「本アプリ」）のゲーム処理とスコア保存は、原則として端末内で完結します。ST and Appsは独自のユーザーアカウントや解析基盤を設けず、氏名、メールアドレス、ゲームの回答内容などを独自サーバーへ送信しません。
ただし、広告、アプリ内課金、Game Center、サポートでは、各サービス提供者またはST and Appsが以下の情報を取り扱います。

端末内に保存する情報
表示言語、各モードのベストスコア、ENDLESSの解放状況、LIFEの残数、自然回復の基準時刻などを、AppleのUserDefaultsを使って端末内に保存します。色の採点も端末内で処理されます。
アプリを削除するとこれらの端末内データも削除され、ST and Appsのサーバーにコピーは残りません。無限ライフの購入記録とGame Centerの記録はAppleが別途管理します。

広告とGoogleによるデータ処理
本アプリは、画面下部のバナー広告と、利用者が「広告を見て LIFE +5」を選んだ場合のリワード広告をGoogle Mobile Ads SDKを通じて表示します。無限ライフの購入資格が有効な場合、バナー広告は表示しません。広告表示と同意管理には、Google Mobile Ads SDKおよびGoogle User Messaging Platform SDKを使用します。
Googleは広告の配信、パーソナライズ、表示回数の制御、不正防止、効果測定、サービス改善のため、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその位置情報、端末または広告識別子、広告データ、製品操作、パフォーマンス情報、クラッシュ情報、その他の診断情報などを収集または処理する場合があります。実際の取扱いは、地域、端末設定、同意内容、Googleの設定により異なります。ST and Appsは、広告の表示回数や収益などの集計レポートを受け取る場合がありますが、広告を見た個人を氏名等で特定する情報は受け取りません。

広告の同意と選択
法令またはGoogleの設定により必要な地域では、広告を読み込む前に同意画面を表示します。選択内容はGoogle User Messaging Platformに保存されます。再設定が必要な場合は、アプリのLIFE画面に「広告のプライバシー設定」が表示されます。
LIFEを得るためのリワード広告視聴は任意です。視聴しなくても、LIFEは毎時00分に自然回復します。買い切りの無限ライフを購入すると、LIFEを消費せずプレイでき、バナー広告も表示されなくなります。

アプリ内課金
無限ライフの購入、決済、購入履歴、返金および復元はAppleのApp StoreとStoreKitが処理します。本アプリは購入資格を確認してLIFEの消費停止とバナー広告の非表示を有効にしますが、クレジットカード番号などの支払情報を取得しません。Appleによる情報の取扱いはAppleの「プライバシーポリシー」をご確認ください。

端末の権限とGame Center
本アプリは、カメラ、写真、正確な位置情報、連絡先、マイクなどへのアクセスを要求しません。基本のゲーム、採点、端末内への記録保存はオフラインで利用できます。
Game Centerにサインインしている場合、ENDLESSの最高連続回数をAppleのランキングへ送信します。Appleはゲームの利用、ニックネーム、アバター、スコアなどを取り扱い、記録等をほかのGame Centerユーザーに表示する場合があります。詳細はAppleの「Game Centerとプライバシー」をご確認ください。

オープンソースソフトウェア
本アプリの一部アイコンにはLucideを使用しています。アイコンはアプリに同梱された静的素材であり、Lucideとの通信は行いません。Google SDKのSwift Package Managerラッパーを含むライセンス情報は、アプリ内メニューの「ライセンス」から確認できます。

サポートと本ウェブサイト
利用者が任意でサポートへメールを送信した場合、メールアドレス、本文、添付資料を受け取ります。お問い合わせへの回答と問題調査にのみ使用し、対応および法令上必要な期間を超えて保持しません。削除を希望する場合は下記窓口へご連絡ください。
本ページの配信と安全性確保のため、ホスティング事業者がIPアドレス、ブラウザ情報、アクセス日時などを処理する場合があります。本サイトでは行動ターゲティング広告を表示しません。

子どものプライバシー・変更・お問い合わせ
本アプリは子どもを主な対象として設計されたサービスではありません。広告、App Store、Game Centerには、各サービスのアカウント設定、同意、年齢に応じた制限が適用されます。
アプリの機能、法令またはデータの取扱いが変わる場合、本ポリシーを更新します。ご質問やサポートメールの削除依頼は、support@admirevega.com までご連絡ください。

Overview and on-device data
Core gameplay and scoring run on your device. ST and Apps does not operate an app account or analytics service and does not send your name, email address, or color answers to its own server. The app stores your language, best scores, Endless unlocks, LIFE balance, and natural-recovery time locally with Apple's UserDefaults. Deleting the app removes this local data. Apple separately retains purchase entitlements and Game Center records.
Ads and Google data processing
The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show a banner at the bottom of the screen and, when you choose “Watch ad · LIFE +5,” an optional rewarded ad. The banner is hidden while a verified Unlimited Lives purchase is active. Google User Messaging Platform manages consent. Google may collect or process approximate location inferred from IP address, device or advertising identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, performance data, crash data, and other diagnostics to deliver and personalize ads, limit frequency, prevent fraud, measure performance, and improve services. Actual processing depends on your region, device settings, consent choices, and Google settings. ST and Apps may receive aggregated reports such as impressions and revenue, but does not receive your name or other information that directly identifies you. Consent and choices
Where required, the app displays a consent message before requesting ads. Your choices are stored by Google User Messaging Platform. If renewed choices are required, “Ad privacy choices” appears on the LIFE screen. Watching a rewarded ad for LIFE is optional: LIFE also recovers at the start of each hour. A one-time Unlimited Lives purchase removes LIFE consumption and banner ads.
In-app purchase
Apple's App Store and StoreKit process the Unlimited Lives purchase, payment, purchase history, refunds, and restoration. The app checks your entitlement to stop LIFE consumption and hide banner ads but does not receive payment-card details. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Permissions, Game Center, and open-source software
The app does not request access to your camera, photos, precise location, contacts, microphone, or similar device data. Core gameplay, scoring, and local records work offline. If signed in to Game Center, the app submits your highest Endless streak to Apple's leaderboard. Apple may process and display game activity, nickname, avatar, and scores. See Game Center & Privacy. Bundled Lucide icons do not communicate with Lucide. Open-source notices are available from the in-app Licenses screen.
Support, website, children, and contact
If you voluntarily contact support, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you provide and use them only to respond and investigate. Website infrastructure may process basic access information for delivery and security; this site does not display behavioral advertising. HSL Training is not directed primarily to children. Age-appropriate account, consent, and service restrictions apply to ads, the App Store, and Game Center. We will update this policy when the app, law, or data practices change.
